PITTSBURGH – A Sharon resident is alleged to owe on a student loan.
United States of America, on behalf of the U.S. Department of Education, filed a complaint on Aug. 18 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Bradley J. Kloss alleging that the individual failed to settle his debt to plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Kloss failed to pay the principal amount plus interest despite the plaintiff's demands on a student loan.
The plaintiff seeks the amount of $6,161.07, plus interest and court costs. It is represented by John F. Kroto of Knox McLaughlin Gornall & Sennett PC in Erie.
