Cleaning company blamed for damages at Red Bull Arena

PITTSBURGH — A Pennsylvania corporation is suing Capital Contractors Inc., a New York corporation, citing alleged breach of contract.

Modular Space Corporation filed a complaint on Aug. 29 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Capital Contractors Inc., alleging that the New York corporation breached its contractual obligation and caused water damages to the plaintiff's property.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in on Aug. 3, 2015, Capital Contractors caused water damage to the property, Red Bull Arena, in connection with cleaning work. The plaintiff holds Capital Contractors responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to take certain precautions.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount in excess of $300,000 plus interest and court costs. It is represented by Robert R. Watson Jr. of Eastburn and Gray, PC in Blue Bell.
