Business claims man didn't pay for produce

Late 01

PITTSBURGH — A Pennsylvania business is suing David Moore, an individual, citing alleged breach of contract and unpaid debt.

J.E. Corcoran Company filed a complaint on Aug. 30 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Moore, alleging that the individual failed to settle his debt to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that J.E. Corcoran Company suffered damages from the lack of payment for produce. The plaintiff holds Moore responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and refused to pay for the produce he bought from the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $56,800 plus interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by Kelly E. McCauley and Michael J. Roeschenthaler of Whiteford Taylor & Preston LLP in Pittsburgh.
