Motorist Jodi Lamark accused of failing to keep proper lookout

PITTSBURGH — A couple's lawsuit claims motorist Jodi Lamark is at fault in a collision.

Lynn Vezzetti and Kenneth H. Vezzetti filed a complaint on Sept. 2 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Jodi Lamark alleging that the defendant negligently failed to timely apply her brakes, causing her SUV to strike the rear of the plaintiffs' vehicle.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Oct. 3, 2014, they suffered damages to their vehicle. The plaintiffs holds Lamark responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against the defendant for damages, court costs, interest and any further relief the court grants. They are represented by Mark S. Mislanovich of Woomer & Hall LLP in Pittsburgh.
