PHILADELPHIA — A man is suing GC Services Limited Partnership, a business entity, citing alleged violation of telephone harassment statutes.
Alan Dion filed a complaint on Sept. 28 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against GC Services Limited Partnership, alleging that the business improperly contacted the plaintiff in an attempt to collect an alleged debt.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he suffered damages from receiving numerous collection calls. The plaintiff holds GC Services Limited Partnership responsible because the defendant allegedly used an automatic telephone dialing system to call the plaintiff without his consent.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks financial compensation and an injunction against the defendant. He is represented by Joseph M. Adams of Law Offices of Joseph M. Adams in Chalfont.
