HARRISBURG — A Pennsylvania man is suing Pacific Union Financial LLC, citing alleged breach of contract and fraud.

Michael R. Nielsen Jr. filed a complaint on Oct. 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against Pacific Union Financial LLC, alleging that the defendant failed to promptly reply to his application for a loan modification.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he suffered damages in the form of being unable to cure any delinquency or default to his mortgage. The plaintiff holds Pacific Union Financial LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to inform him of any formal denial of his application.

The plaintiff seeks punitive and/ or treble damages, court costs and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by Thomas Masciocchi of Keaveney Legal Group in Philadelphia.
