PITTSBURGH — A Pennsylvania medical firm is suing Venkatlaxman Reddy, M.D., and South End Primary Health Care P.C., citing alleged breach of contract.
George R. McCollum M.D. Corp filed a complaint on Oct. 17 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that they failed to provide billing information for patients.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to submit billing information to the plaintiff in order for it to be able to collect payment from the patients' insurance companies.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount in excess of $35,000 plus interest, punitive damages and any further relief this court grants.
