HARRISBURG — An insurer is suing Kathy Timberman of Saylorsburg, alleging breach of contract.
Community Health Systems Group Health Plan filed a complaint on Nov. 4 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against Timberman, alleging that she failed to reimburse the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Community Health Systems Group Health Plan suffered monetary damages. The plaintiff holds Timberman responsible because the defendant, after receiving more than $67,000 in medical benefits from the plaintiff following a fall outside a restaurant, did not reimburse the plaintiff after she allegedly received more than $28,000 in a settlement with the restaurant.
The plaintiff seeks reimbursement, court costs and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by Richard A. Estacio of Gibson Kolb, PLC in Bala Cynwyd.
