PHILADELPHIA — A heating and air conditioning company is suing Composite Cooling Solutions L.P., a Pennsylvania business, citing alleged breach of contract.
Tristate HVAC Equipment LLP filed a complaint on Nov. 8 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Composite Cooling Solutions L.P., alleging that the defendant failed to comply with the plans and specifications for the construction project.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to provide materials to the project as well as failing to complete certain orders for the project, causing monetary damages to the plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount in excess of $150,000 plus interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by Berkowitz & Associates, P.C. in Marlton, New Jersey.
