Estate executor accused of defaulting on mortgage

PITTSBURGH — A financial institution is suing Sean P. Schaming, executor of the estate of Alfred J. Schaming, citing alleged breach of contract and unpaid debt.

PNC Bank, National Association, successor by merger to National City Bank, filed a complaint on Oct. 21 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Sean P. Schaming, alleging that he failed to make mortgage payments.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly defaulting on the mortgage.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $28,137.07 plus interest, late charges and any advances made on behalf of the plaintiff. It is represented by Brett A. Solomon of Tucker Arensberg, P.C. in Pittsburgh.
