PHILADELPHIA — A woman is suing TransUnion LLC, Equifax Information Services LLC, Experian Information Solutions Inc., Southwest Credit Systems L.P. and Comcast Corporation, citing alleged misrepresentation in debt collection and negligent misrepresentation.

Ashley N. Aumiller filed a complaint on Nov. 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, alleging that they failed to correct inaccuracies in the plaintiff's credit history.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she suffered damages to her credit rating and reputation. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly claiming that inaccurate information had been verified and continuing to report false information regarding her credit score.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks actual damages, statutory damages, punitive damages, an order the defendant to immediately and permanently delete all inaccurate information from plaintiff's credit reports, plus any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Brent F. Vullings of Vullings Law Group, LLC in Collegeville.
