PITTSBURGH — A married couple's lawsuit against Cooper's RV Center Inc. and Keystone RV Company alleges breach of contract, design defect and product liability.

Ronald W. Golden and Kari A. Golden filed a complaint on Nov. 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, alleging that the plaintiffs were sold a defective vehicle and that attempts to repair it failed.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that in 2015 and 2016, they suffered damages from purchasing a defective vehicle and taking it in for repairs that resulted in further problems. The plaintiffs hold the defendants responsible for the alleged defects and failures to repair the vehicle.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against the defendants for damages in an amount that exceeds $50,000 plus court costs. They are represented by Adam J. Belletti of Pollock Morris, LLC in Waynesburg.
