Wells Fargo Financial Pennsylvania claims heirs didn't pay mortgage

PITTSBURGH — A financial institution is suing several heirs of Belford K. Austin, alleging breach of contract in connection with a mortgage.

Wells Fargo Financial Pennsylvania Inc., c/o Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., filed a complaint on Oct. 21 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the heirs of Belford K. Austin, alleging that they failed to make payments on a mortgage.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly letting the mortgage go into default.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in mortgage foreclosure for the amount of $120,344.51 plus interest and additional costs, plus court costs. It is represented by Elizabeth M. Bennett of Phelan Hallinan Diamond & Jones, LLP in Philadelphia.
