Steelcity Autowerks accused of failing to meet terms of financial agreement

PITTSBURGH — An Illinois corporation is suing Steelcity Autowerks Inc. and Basil Georgiadis of Pennsylvania, alleging breach of contract.

TBF Financial LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 24 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that they failed to pay the plaintiff under the terms of an agreement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages to its business. The plaintiff holds Steelcity Autowerks Inc. and Basil Georgiadis responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff as agreed for providing equipment lease financing services.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $55,845.15 plus interest at the rate of 6 percent, court costs and any further relief this court grants.
