Cheyenne Veterinary Wellness & Surgical Center accused of breaching contract

PITTSBURGH — A woman is suing Cheyenne Veterinary Wellness & Surgical Center Inc. and Steven Gross, alleging breach of contract and wrongful termination.

Eleanor Miller filed a complaint on Oct. 25 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that they failed to share profits with the plaintiff based on their agreement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she suffered damages from being denied her rightful benefits. The plaintiff holds Cheyenne Veterinary Wellness & Surgical Center Inc. and Steven Gross responsible because the defendants allegedly froze out the plaintiff and terminated her employment.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant plus any further relief this court grants. She is represented by John P. Corcoran, Jr. of Jones, Gregg, Creehan & Gerace, LLP in Pittsburgh.
