PITTSBURGH — A financial institution is suing Debra McClung and William A McClung Jr., alleging breach of contract.
The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association f/k/a The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products Inc., filed a complaint on Oct. 24 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that they failed to make a payment on a mortgage.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained monetary damages. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to pay the principal amount of the mortgage, causing it to go into default.
The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendants in the amount of $68,893.75 plus interest, court costs and foreclosure sale of the mortgaged premises. It is represented by Mark J. Udren of Udren Law Offices, P.C. in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
