PITTSBURGH — A landlord is suing tenant JBM Legal LLC, alleging breach of contract and unpaid debt.
428 Forbes - KPP II Forbes Avenue LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 3 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against JBM Legal LLC, alleging that the defendant failed to pay rent to the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages. The plaintiff holds JBM Legal LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay its rent plus late charges.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $243,692.44 plus court costs, interest and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by Ryan P. Stewart of Rothman Gordon, P.C. in Pittsburgh.
