Kane Hospitality Services accused of not paying amount owed in full

PENNSYLVANIA — A Pennsylvania corporation is suing The Kane Company, trading and doing business as Kane Hospitality Services, a Maryland business, alleging breach of contract.

Weleski Transfer Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 13 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, alleging that the defendant failed to pay the plaintiff in full for its services.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly making a partial payment to the plaintiff but failing to pay the remaining balance.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $98,853.57 plus interest at the rate of 6 percent plus court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Nicholas D. Krawec of Bernstein-Burkley, P.C. in Pittsburgh.
