Tattletale Portable Alarm Systems accused of breaching contract

PITTSBURGH — A Pennsylvania corporation is suing Tattletale Portable Alarm Systems Inc., an Ohio corporation, citing alleged breach of contract.

TMG Electronics Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 20 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Tattletale Portable Alarm Systems Inc., alleging that the Ohio corporation failed to pay the plaintiff for goods.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages. The plaintiff holds Tattletale Portable Alarm Systems, Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly breached a contractual agreement by failing to pay the plaintiff for 10,000 assembled security system units.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds $75,000 and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff is represented by Justin T. Barron and John R. O'Keefe Jr. of Metz Lewis Brodman Must O'Keefe LLC in Pittsburgh.
