PITTSBURGH -- A man is suing Cochran Motors Inc., a Pennsylvania company, alleging negligence and insufficient measures taken to prevent injuries.
Steven Kovack filed a complaint on Nov. 15 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Cochran Motors Inc., alleging the Pennsylvania company failed to remove ice from its premises.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 9, 2015 he experienced pain from suffering a fall when he slipped on ice at the Cochran premises. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly allowing a hazardous condition and not providing warning of the condition.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds $50,000 plus court costs and interest.
