Milton Roy LLC alleges Northeast Pump & Instrument failed to pay invoices

Late 01

PHILADELPHIA – An Ivyland company that manufactures controlled volume metering pumps and related equipment alleges that a former distributor has failed to pay invoices.

Milton Roy LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 29, 2017, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Northeast Pump & Instrument Inc., Christopher Marcos, and Joann Chateauneuf Marcos alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff and Christopher Marcos entered into a domestic sales distributor agreement in 2012. The agreement was later terminated, the suit states.

The plaintiff holds Northeast Pump & Instrument Inc., Christopher Marcos and Joann Chateauneuf Marcos responsible because the defendants allegedly breached their contractual agreement with the plaintiff by failing to pay them for overdue invoices and continues to use the plaintiff's marks after the agreement was terminated/expired.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $348,253.72, plus interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by Ricky M. Guerra and Camille L. Easterbrook of Lavin, O'Neil, Cedrone & Disipio in Philadelphia.
