PITTSBURGH – A Moon Township media relations firm alleges that an online education and training program provider failed to pay it for its services.

Victory Media Inc. filed a complaint on Jan. 9 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against World Education LLC, doing business as Worldeducation.net, alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

According to the complaint, the parties entered into an agreement in April 2017 for the plaintiff to provide advertising and marketing services for the defendant.

The plaintiff holds World Education LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly breached its contractual agreement with the plaintiff by failing to pay it in full for their services. The plaintiff alleges $109,900 is due.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount of more than $75,000, interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by Justin M. Tuskan of Metz Lewis Brodman Must O'Keefe LLC in Pittsburgh.
