The Huntington National Bank alleges it is owed for equipment lease

Contract 04

PITTSBURGH – A Pittsburgh financial institution alleges an equipment lease is in default.

The Huntington National Bank, assignee of Fifth Third Bank, filed a complaint on Jan. 22 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Ralph Milman, Ephrat K. Afek, Ronen Koubi, et al. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff and Optimized Leasing Inc. are parties to a master equipment lease agreement that was executed in November 2014 and guaranteed by the defendants.

The plaintiff holds Milman, Afek, Koubi, et al. responsible because the lease is in default and the defendants have failed to make the due and owing rental payments.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount of more than $75,000, interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. They are represented by John R. O'Keefe Jr. and Justin M. Tuskan of Metz Lewis Brodman Must O'Keefe LLC in Pittsburgh.
