PHILADELPHIA – A Palo Alto, California biopharmaceutical company alleges corporations in West Chester unlawfully used its trade secrets.
Jazz Pharmaceuticals Inc. filed a complaint on Feb. 12 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Synchrony Group LLC; Synchrony Healthcare Communications Inc.; Synchrony Medical Communications Inc.; Inphase Communications Inc.; and Synchrony Alliance Consulting LLC alleging misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract and other counts.
