Razor Technology LLC alleges former employee breached confidentiality agreement

PHILADELPHIA – A Conshohocken service technology company alleges a New Jersey man is misappropriating and using its trade secrets.

Razor Technology LLC filed a complaint on Feb. 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Todd Hendrickson and Cetech LLC alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, Hendrickson is a former employee of the plaintiff and was a senior enterprise account executive. The plaintiff alleges Hendrickson signed a confidentiality agreement and that Hendrickson violated it when he formed Cetech.

The plaintiff holds Hendrickson and Cetech LLC responsible because the defendants allegedly used plaintiff's trade secrets and confidential information to solicit plaintiff's customers 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks injunctive relief; disgorgement, forfeiture and delivery to the plaintiff all assets, income, profits and pecuniary benefits; compensatory damages; court costs; interest and any further relief the court grants.
