American Wind Transport Group LLC alleged to have failed to pay in full for services

PITTSBURGH – A Louisiana man alleges a Pittsburgh company failed to pay him in full for his services.

Donny Landry filed a complaint on Feb. 16 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against American Wind Transport Group LLC alleging unjust enrichment and other counts.

According to the complaint, the parties entered into a broker-carrier agreement in July 2017. The plaintiff alleges he has only been paid in part for his services.

The plaintiff holds American Wind Transport Group LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff in full.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $226,418.29 plus interest at the rate of 6 percent, court costs and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by John R. Keating of Amato Keating and Lessa PC in Bethlehem.
