PITTSBURGH – A Cranberry Township business alleges it is owed for equipment it delivered to an Illinois company.
IPEG Inc., formerly known as The Conair Group Inc., filed a complaint on Feb. 20 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Suncast Corp. alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in October 2014, it sold equipment to the defendant.
The plaintiff holds Suncast Corp. responsible because the defendant allegedly only made a partial payment and has failed to pay the remaining balance.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $59,117.52 plus interest and court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by Danny P. Cerrone Jr. of Clark Hill PC in Pittsburgh.
