PITTSBURGH – A Pittsburgh law firm alleges it is owed for legal services it provided.
Galanter Tomosovich LLC, formerly known as Farneth Tomosovich LLC, filed a complaint on Feb. 20 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Bittersweet Properties LP; BSP Inc.; Somerset Enterprises Inc., doing business as Future Building of America; and Ricky A. Kennett alleging failure to pay.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff provided legal services to the defendants before the defendants discharged it. The plaintiff states it submitted an invoice to the defendants in December 2017 and that the defendants have failed to pay it.
The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the invoice sent by the plaintiff for the hours they expended on the defendant's case.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $42,929.98 plus interest and court costs. They are represented by Robert A. Galanter of Galanter Tomosovich LLC in Pittsburgh.
