PITTSBURGH – A Glenshaw woman alleges an uneven floor caused her to fall at a Pittsburgh establishment.

Shannon Rubino filed a complaint on Feb. 22 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against TC Restaurant Group, doing business as Tequila Cowboy Bar & Grill, alleging that the establishment failed to keep their premises reasonably safe for the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 22, 2017, she sustained physical injuries when she slipped and fell due to the uneven surface of the defendant's premises. She alleges she suffered a fracture to her left foot as a result of the fall.

The plaintiff holds TC Restaurant Group responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to warn the plaintiff regarding the dangerous condition of the floor and failed to provide adequate safeguards to prevent injury.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount of more than $35,000 plus court costs and any further relief the court grants. She is represented by Marc I. Simon of Simon & Simon PC in Pittsburgh.
