Perrysville Chiropractic Clinic alleged to owe nearly $40,000 on line of credit

PITTSBURGH – A Pittsburgh borrower is alleged to have defaulted on a line of credit.

Origen Capital Investments VI LLC filed a complaint on Feb. 22 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Richard F. Giza, doing business as Perrysville Chiropractic Clinic, and Richard F. Giza alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, Perrysville Chiropractic Clinic borrowed $40,000 from Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania in 2007. The suit states the plaintiff was assigned the line of the credit in November 2017.

The plaintiff holds Giza, doing business as Perrysville Chiropractic Clinic, and Giza responsible because the defendants allegedly defaulted on the line of credit.

The plaintiff seeks outstanding balance in the amount of $38,952.62 plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by Erin H. Larabee and Christopher P. Schueller of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC in Pittsburgh.
