PITTSBURGH – A Beaver County man alleges that a contractor failed to pay subcontractors in a construction project.

Josh Koach filed a complaint on March 2 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Kodiak Constructors Inc. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff hired the defendant in September 2017 to build out a location for the plaintiff's Clean Juice franchise. The plaintiff alleges the defendant failed to pay six subcontractors in full and now he is facing threats of liens against the location.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds the limits of this court and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by Patrick K. Cavanaugh of Del Sole Cavanaugh Stroyd LLC in Pittsburgh.
