Baptist Homes Society alleges it is owed more than $70,000 for nursing care

PITTSBURGH – A Pittsburgh business alleges it was not paid for nursing services it provided.

Baptist Homes Society filed a complaint on March 1 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Shirley Nahay and Lindsay Nahay alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

According to the complaint, Lindsay Nahay entered into a contract with the plaintiff in September 2016 for the plaintiff to provide nursing care services for his mother, Shirley Nahay.

The plaintiff holds Shirley Nahay and Lindsay Nahay responsible because the defendants allegedly breached their contractual agreement by failing to pay the plaintiff in the amount of $71,761,49.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $71,761.49, interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. It represented by Craig A. Goddy of Burns White LLC in Pittsburgh.
