HARRISBURG — An individual is suing Skills of Central Pennsylvania Inc. for allegedly failing to properly compensate her.

Lisa Brendle filed a complaint on March 5 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendant failed to fairly compensate her for her work.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she was not paid any overtime compensation. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to pay her any overtime wages despite allegedly working more than 40 hours per week.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks front pay and back wages, liquidated damages, court costs, interest and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Michael Murphy of Murphy Law Group LLC in Philadelphia.
