Cain's Saloon alleged to owe more than $47,000 for construction work

PITTSBURGH – A Pittsburgh bar and restaurant is alleged to have failed to pay for designing and construction work.

Basic Concept Interiors Inc. filed a complaint on March 5 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the Joseph C. Demarco and Cain's Saloon Inc. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it performed designing and construction work for the defendants in 2016. The plaintiff alleges the defendants still owe $47,526.79 for work on the project.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount of more than the jurisdictional limits of the court plus interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. They are represented by Thomas E. Weiers Jr. in Sewickley.
