Tomayko Group alleges it is owed more than $50,000 from Central Cardiovascular Associates

Late 07

PITTSBURGH – An Allegheny County company alleges it was not paid for its services by a Pittsburgh corporation.

The Tomayko Group LLC, trading and doing business as TTG Nuclear Solutions LLC, filed a complaint on March 7 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Central Cardiovascular Associates PC, doing business as Southwestern Pennsylvania Cardiovascular Associates, alleging refusal to remit payment of outstanding invoices.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff and defendant entered into an agreement in June 2005 for the plaintiff to provide equipment and radiopharmaceuticals at the defendant's locations. The agreement was terminated by the defendant in 2016, the suit states.

The plaintiff holds Central Cardiovascular Associates PC, doing business as Southwestern Pennsylvania Cardiovascular Associates, responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to remit payment of outstanding invoices due and owing to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $51,019.86 plus court costs, interest and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by Jeffrey R. Lalama of Feldstein Grinberg Lang & McKee in Pittsburgh.
