Capex Oilfield Services Inc. allegedly failed to pay overtime

PITTSBURGH — An employee has filed a class-action lawsuit against Capex Oilfield Services Inc. for allegedly failing to properly compensate him.

Zach Adams filed a complaint on March 12 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendant failed to pay him a fair wage for his work.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he worked as an oilfield contractor and worked for more than 40 hours per week, but he allegedly was not paid any overtime wages. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to pay overtime wages to him for working more than 40 hours per week.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks unpaid back wages, liquidated damages equal to his unpaid compensation, court costs, interest and any further relief this court grants.
