PHILADELPHIA — An individual and a company are suing Ameriline Trucking Incorporated, Igor Yusupov and Halyna Zabronska for alleged breach of contract.

Joseph Nebroskie and HSF Transporation LLC filed a complaint on March 13 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendants claimed that the truck they had leased to the plaintiffs was stolen.

According to the complaint, Nebroskie alleges that he was arrested after he was pulled over after his truck allegedly was reported stolen. The plaintiffs hold the defendants responsible for allegedly entering into a lease purchase agreement with them and then allegedly reporting said truck as stolen.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and Nebroskie seeks at least $110,000 in compensatory damages and at least $500,000 in punitive damages and HSF Transportation seeks at least $90,000 in compensatory damages. The plaintiffs are also asking for interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Michael J. Cammarano of Cammarano & Cammarano P.C. in Shillington, Pa.
