PHILADELPHIA — A company is suing Jeffrey T. Cave and Hatzel and Bueheler Inc. for alleged breach of contract.
Devon Electric Inc. filed a complaint on March 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendants used its confidential and proprietary information to compete against it.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that its confidential information was stolen and used against it. The plaintiff holds Cave responsible for allegedly taking confidential information he had access to during his employment with the plaintiff and using it for the benefit of Hatzel and Bueheler.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks injunction against the defendants, compensatory damages, lost profits, damages, disgorgement, statutory and exemplary damages, court costs, punitive damages and any further relief this court grants.
