PHILADELPHIA — An individual is suing Innovative Development LLC, Steven Rodi and Martina Rodi for alleged breach of contract.
Timothy Rohan filed a complaint on March 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendants refused to pay his business expenses.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he worked and performed sales and marketing services until he was terminated on June 28, but he allegedly was not reimbursed for his business expenses. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to pay all his business expenses despite allegedly promising to do so.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds $75,000 plus interest, unreimbursed business expenses in the amount of $6,000, court costs and any further relief this court grants.
