PHILADELPHIA — A company is suing CRC Car Rental Inc., Fidel Cesar Cespedes and Raquel Heyliger for alleged breach of contract.
Fleetway Leasing Company filed a complaint on March 13 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendants failed to pay for cars that the plaintiff allegedly had leased them.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained financial damages due to allegedly not being paid for the cars. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly breaching their contractual agreement with the plaintiff by failing to make payments.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds $518,977.03 plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff is represented by Evan L. Frank of Alan L. Frank Law Associates P.C. in Jenkintown, Pa.
