PITTSBURGH — A company is suing R&B Contracting & Excavation Inc. and Allied World Insurance Company for alleged breach of contract.
Canova Electrical Contracting Inc. filed a complaint on March 13 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, alleging that the defendants failed to pay it for the work it had performed.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it was damaged financially as a result of allegedly not being paid for the labor material and equipment it provided. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly not paying what it allegedly owed.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $61,110 plus interest at 1 percent per month, court costs and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff is represented by Michael D. Klein and Haig M. Sakoian of Blumling & Gusky LLP in Pittsburgh.
