PITTSBURGH — An individual is suing Kim D. Carlevale t/d/b/a United Adjusters of America and Paul A. Carlevale t/d/b/a C & Z Construction and United Adjusters of America LLC, C & Z Construction Services LLC and White Knight Restoration LLC t/d/b/a C & Z Construction of Pittsburgh, citing alleged breach of contract.
Katheryn M. Lepczyk filed a complaint on March 13 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, alleging that the defendants failed to perform work based on their contractual agreement.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she incurred additional costs to complete the work she already paid for. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to reimburse her for the work she paid for and performed herself.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of at least $175,629.09 plus treble damages of at least $429,023.07, interest and court costs. She is represented by John E. Lippl of John E. Lippl P.E., Attorney at Law in Pittsburgh.
