Nica Inc. allegedly failed to pay for legal services

PITTSBURGH — A law firm is suing Nica Inc. for alleged breach of contract.

Babst, Calland, Clements & Zomnir filed a complaint on March 13 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, alleging that the defendant failed to pay it for the legal services it had received.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it was damaged financially due to allegedly not being paid for its services. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly breaching their contractual agreement by allegedly failing to pay the invoices it was sent.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $81,820.06 plus continuing interest at the rate of 6 percent per annum and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Raymond P. Wendolowski Jr. of Bernstein-Burkley P.C. in Pittsburgh.
