PITTSBURGH — A company is suing Connors & Associates LLC for alleged copyright infringement.
Steve Tague Studios filed a complaint on March 19 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendant used its photograph on its website without permission.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it created a photograph of the Baldhead Cabinets Factory and acquired a license for said photo. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly using the photograph on its website without permission.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks to enjoin the defendant, award all profits, other monetary advantages gained by the defendant, statutory damages, court costs, profits, interest and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff is represented by Emily A. Danchuk of Doniger/Burroughs in Falmouth, Maine.
