Chipotle Mexican Grill accused of discrimination

PITTSBURGH — An individual is suing Chipotle Mexican Grill for alleged discrimination.

Bradley Flenory filed a complaint on March 22 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, alleging that the defendant allowed his co-worker to discriminate against him without being reprimanded.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he experienced discrimination in 2017 when a co-worker allegedly used a racial slur against him. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly not taking appropriate action against the co-worker.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks back wages, front wages, legal fees, emotional damages, punitive damages, compensatory damages, interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Joseph D. Pometto in Pittsburgh.
