PHILADELPHIA — An employee is suing Geostructures Inc. for allegedly failing to properly compensate him for working overtime.
Joseph Digiacobbe filed a complaint on March 19 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendant failed to pay him fair wages for all his work.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he worked as a field engineer for more than 40 hours per week, but he alleges that he was not paid any overtime wages. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to pay overtime wages.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages for unpaid wages, liquidated damages, interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Colleen S. Heckman of Sidkoff, Pincus & Green P.C. in Philadelphia.
