PHILADELPHIA — A company is suing Dataq Internet Equipment Corporation and Unite Hardware LLC d/b/a DataQDirect for alleged breach of contract.
Net Innovate International Pte. Ltd. filed a complaint on March 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendants failed to return unsold equipment.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it was damaged financially due to its equipment not being returned. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to return the unsold equipment.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $145,534.70, plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff is represented by Jessica M. Gulash of Lundy, Beldecos & Milby P.C. in Narberth, Pa.
