PITTSBURGH — A company is suing Mid-East Truck & Tractor Service Inc. for alleged breach of contract.
Evolution Energy Trucking Company filed a complaint on March 26 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, alleging that the defendant failed to pay for its trucking services.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it was damaged financially due to allegedly not being paid for its services. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing and refusing to pay the outstanding balance due.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $56,279, plus court costs and interest. The plaintiff is represented by Mark F. McKenna and Theresa B. O'Brien of McKenna & Associates P.C. in Pittsburgh.
