CHC Enterprises Corp allegedly failed to properly install system

Contract 03

PITTSBURGH — Two individuals are suing CHC Enterprises Corp for alleged breach of contract.

Jerome E. Phipps and Laura J. Phipps filed a complaint on March 26 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, alleging that the defendant failed to properly install a system in their garage.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they were damaged financially in 2016 due to allegedly paying for a system to be installed in their garage. The plaintiffs claim that the system was not properly placed by the defendant. The plaintiffs hold the defendant responsible for allegedly completing the installation of the system in their garage in a poor manner, including allegedly failing to seal the cracks in the concrete.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendant for damages that exceed $20,000 plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Theodore A. Saad of Verterano & Manolis in New Castle, Pa.
