PHILADELPHIA — A company is suing JRC Renovations LLC, Big Contracting Corp. a/k/a Big Abatement, JRC Renovations Inc., JRC Restorations, Dimitrios Kassimis and Erick Benavides for alleged breach of contract.
RCD Group Inc. filed a complaint on March 28 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendants failed to satisfy their contractual agreement to demolish the Martin Tower.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it was damaged financially due to allegedly being forced to terminate its subcontract agreement with the defendants. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly participating in a scheme to seek payment for work that allegedly had not been completed.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants. The plaintiff is represented by Sean C. Ryan of Hoagland, Longo, Moran & Doukas LLP in Malvern, Pa.
